Devon Courtney Caroselli represents clients in estate planning, probate and trust administration.  In addition, Mrs. Caroselli uses her extensive experience in general business and real estate transactions, to provide her clients with expert legal counsel in the structuring, formation, operation and dissolution of business entities, business succession planning and on the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of real estate assets.   Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Caroselli spent many years at the California law firm Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP.  

Mrs. Caroselli volunteers her time throughout the community. Currently, she serves as the Goalie coach for Santa Cruz Water Polo Club, a parent mentor for parents in the special education system, and an active member of Watsonville Rotary. In the past, she has served as a youth sports coach, Chair of the North Santa Cruz County Community Advisory Counsel for the County Office of Education, and Chair of the Board of Directors for the Pajaro Valley Community Health Trust. 

Devon grew up in Soquel, graduating from Soquel High in 1998. She returned to Santa Cruz with her husband to raise their two daughters. She loves the outdoors, the ocean and all water sports. In between family adventures, Devon participates in the local water polo masters program.
